By signing up for the CBD for Life Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

- Affiliates earn 15% commission on all qualifying sales.

- Affiliates who generate 25 or more orders will be eligible to earn 20% commission on future sales.

- Commissions are paid out via the Snowball platform. Payment schedules and thresholds are subject to Snowball’s terms.

2. Content Usage Rights

- By tagging @CBDforLife or using any branded hashtags (e.g., #CBDforLife), you grant CBD for Life a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, repost, or repurpose your content across our marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, paid ads, and our website.

- Credit will be given whenever possible, but is not guaranteed.

3. Brand Representation

- Affiliates must represent CBD for Life in an honest, accurate, and responsible manner.

- Claims about product benefits must comply with FTC guidelines and cannot be misleading or unsubstantiated.

- CBD for Life reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time for inappropriate content, misuse of the brand, or violation of these terms.


4. Program Eligibility

- You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. to participate.

- CBD for Life reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
