If your product is lost during shipping, stolen, missing from your order, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email our customer care at info@cbdforlife.us within 30 days of purchase.  

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Processing time is the period after your order is placed, when your payment is verified, the order is transmitted to our fulfillment center, and the items are prepared for shipment. The shipping times are dependent on selection at checkout. Please note that the shipping times provided at checkout are estimates from our carriers and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.
