By signing up for our UGC campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States to participate in this campaign.

2. Product Seeding

If accepted into the campaign, you will receive one (1) full-size jar of our Energy Gummies at no cost. This product is provided solely for the purpose of content creation.

3. Content Requirements

Participants agree to create and submit at least one (1) original short-form video (15–60 seconds) within 14 days of receiving the product. Content should feel authentic, highlight how you use the gummies to support your day, and follow any additional brand guidelines provided after acceptance.

4. Usage Rights

By submitting content, you grant CBD for Life an unlimited, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, edit, and distribute the content across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, website, and paid advertising.

5. FTC Disclosure Compliance

All content must clearly disclose that the product was gifted, in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., including “#gifted,” “#sponsored,” or other approved tags if posting publicly).

6. No Monetary Compensation

This is a product seeding campaign. No payment will be provided for your submission. However, you may earn a 15% commission on any purchases made through your unique affiliate link.

7. Referral Program (Optional)

Upon acceptance, you will receive your own referral link. Sharing this link is optional but encouraged—you will earn 15% commission on all sales made through it.

8. Selection is Not Guaranteed

Submitting the application does not guarantee inclusion in the campaign. Selected participants will be contacted via email.

9. Content Integrity

Submitted content must be your own, must not infringe on the rights of others, and must not include misleading claims about the product.
