UGC Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older and reside in the United States to participate in this program.

2. Product Seeding

If accepted into the program, you will receive one (1) full-size CBD for Life product (such as CBD Rubs, Energy Gummies, or Sleep Gummies) at no cost. The product is provided to give you the opportunity to try it for yourself and, if you wish, to create content around your authentic experience.

3. Content Creation (Optional)

Creating or posting content is not required to participate in this program. However, if you choose to create content and submit it to CBD for Life, we ask that it be authentic, reflect your real experience, and follow any brand guidelines we may provide.

4. Usage Rights

By submitting content, you grant CBD for Life an unlimited, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, edit, and distribute the content across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, website, and paid advertising.

5. FTC Disclosure Compliance

If you choose to post publicly, all content must clearly disclose that the product was gifted, in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using “#gifted,” “#sponsored,” or other approved tags).

6. Compensation & Rewards

  • Affiliates earn 30% commission on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link or discount code.
  • Affiliates who generate 10+ sales in a calendar month will also receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
  • Creators who produce exceptional content may be offered an ongoing paid creative partnership with CBD for Life, in addition to standard commission earnings.

7. Referral Program

Upon acceptance, you will receive your unique referral link. Sharing your link/code is optional but encouraged. You will earn commission on all eligible sales made through it.

8. Selection Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion in the program. Selected participants will be contacted via email.

9. Content Integrity

Any content submitted must be your own original work, must not infringe on the rights of others, and must not include misleading or unverified claims about CBD for Life products.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up for the program.
