Although you can get your daily serving of CBD oil while dropping it under your tongue, this CBD smoothie is a quick and easy way to incoporate CBD first thing in the morning with a healthy shake. · 1 banana, sliced
· 1 cup frozen strawberries
· 1 cup frozen raspberries
· 2 cups milk (cow, almond, coconut, oat)
· 1-2 tablespoons Honey
· CBD For Life 1200 mg Vanilla Tincture Oil
· 1-2 cups Baby Spinach
· Hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds
· Ice (we prefer using frozen fruits to eliminate the need for ice)
· Vanilla protein powder
Blend. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
If the mixture seems too thick, add in a little extra milk (or water).
Add in extra berries or banana if it feels too thin.
